Is there a limit to what I can request?There’s no limit. You can bring up as many design needs as you like during your subscription. We often work on multiple tasks in parallel to keep progress smooth and efficient. Revisions are also unlimited — we refine until you’re satisfied.

What will I actually receive?You’ll get high-quality design outputs including Figma files, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and UI kits — all tailored to your product’s needs. Source files are always included.

Where are you based?We’re based in California, USA, and work with clients across the United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canada.

Can I reserve a future slot if you're currently full?Yes — you can prebook a future start date by making a payment in advance.

Do you also do development?Yes. We support no-code development using Framer and Webflow. For custom-coded needs, we work with trusted developer partners. Contact us to learn about pricing and collaboration details.

When do you work?Generally Monday to Friday, but we stay flexible and will do our best to accommodate your time zone and project needs.

How do we communicate during the project? Will I talk directly with the designer?Yes. You’ll work directly with the designer at MintPot. We use Slack, WeChat, and video calls to stay aligned, with regular updates during your subscription.

How long do different design projects usually take?Designing a mobile or web app usually takes 3–8 weeks. A full website takes around 2–8 weeks. Individual screens or features can take just a few days. We respect your time goals and are happy to collaborate on how to deliver within your timeline — speed is one of our most appreciated strengths.

Can you sign an NDA?Absolutely. At MintPot, client confidentiality is a top priority. We’re happy to sign NDAs and keep all shared information strictly private.
